thursday evening we delivered the music for lichting 2011, an award show which included 14 mini runway shows, a grande finale and a winner of course. lichting 2011 saw the 14 best young newly graduated students of all dutch art and fashion academies battling for the g-star raw talent award 2011. we made sure all candidates were happy with their music and delivered a 14 in 1 show in 1 big flow without any stops or awkward interruptions. this show is always one of the most complicated to get picture perfect, but we did it. it’s one of the high lights of amsterdam fashion week, and we were happy to be a part of it. big up to htnk, premsela and amsterdam international fashion week.
quality was extremely high this year. sanne schepers won the award, congratulations sanne! we loved nicolaas hein best: gold diggers era meets experimental wooden structures and just great fresh, special super creative new clothes for men.
